- What does Atomberg do?
- Atomberg is a software and AI studio that builds custom business systems for established European companies. Work includes custom operational software, AI automation, e-commerce and revenue systems, systems integration, and long-term technology partnership where Atomberg acts as a company's external technology department.
- Who does Atomberg work with?
- Atomberg works with owner-led and mid-sized European businesses that already have revenue and operational complexity — manufacturing and marine, wholesale and distribution, hospitality, textiles, and services. Most already run a generic business suite such as Zoho, Odoo or Monday alongside spreadsheets, and are replacing that patchwork with one system that reflects how they actually operate.
- What kind of results has Atomberg delivered?
- For Burin Boats, Atomberg built the storefront and operational layer for a boat business at burinboats.shop. For Zehn Europe, a wholesaler of textile and handloom goods, Atomberg built custom internal software and optimised internal operations across ordering, inventory, and fulfilment.
- How does an engagement with Atomberg start?
- Engagements start with a short qualification conversation about the business problem, current systems, budget range, and timeline. Atomberg then proposes a scoped first phase with a fixed outcome, rather than an open-ended development retainer.
- Does Atomberg only build AI, or normal software too?
- Both. Most projects are custom business software where AI is applied only where it measurably helps — document handling, classification, forecasting, support triage, or internal copilots. Atomberg does not add AI features that do not change a business outcome.
- Where is Atomberg based and which regions does it serve?
- Atomberg serves clients across Europe and the United Kingdom, working remotely with on-site involvement where a project needs it. All work is delivered in English, with GDPR-compliant data handling and EU-hosted infrastructure where required.
- How much does a custom software or AI project cost?
- Projects are scoped per outcome rather than sold as a fixed package. A focused first phase typically covers one workflow end to end, and larger platform builds are delivered in phases so value ships before the full system is complete. Budget range is discussed in the first conversation.
- Can Atomberg work alongside an existing in-house team?
- Yes. Atomberg either owns delivery end to end, or supplements an internal team on architecture, AI, integrations, and the parts of a system nobody in-house has capacity to build.
Cost and payback
Pricing, payback, and ownership
- How much does Atomberg charge?
- A fixed-scope Operations Pilot — one workflow mapped, built, and live — starts at EUR 1,000 and takes two to four weeks. A Core System, the operational platform a business runs on, starts at EUR 6,000 and is delivered in phases over six to twelve weeks. Ongoing Technology Partnership starts at EUR 600 per month on a rolling basis with a three-month minimum. Final pricing depends on project size and scope. All work is quoted and invoiced in EUR; other currencies shown on the site are indicative conversions.
- Why is custom software affordable now when it was not before?
- AI-assisted engineering removes most of the manual production cost of software: scaffolding, boilerplate, integrations, tests, and iteration. Work that previously needed a team for months is now weeks of focused effort, so a bespoke system built for one business now costs what off-the-shelf implementation projects used to cost.
- What is a systems review?
- A free 45-minute session where Atomberg maps the business process end to end, identifies which workflow is costing the most in time and errors, and states what fixing it would involve and cost. The written system map belongs to the business whether or not it engages Atomberg.
- How quickly does a custom system pay for itself?
- Payback depends on how much staff time is currently spent on manual admin. As a guide, three people losing six hours a week each at a blended cost of EUR 30 per hour represents roughly EUR 2,300 of recoverable time per month, which pays back a EUR 6,000 core system in around three months. Atomberg measures the before and after on the specific workflow it rebuilds rather than promising a generic figure.
- Do you own the software, or do we?
- The client owns the system and its data. There are no per-seat licence fees to Atomberg and no lock-in: code and infrastructure can be transferred to the client or another provider.

- What software services does Atomberg offer?
- Custom business software, AI automation and AI-assisted workflows, e-commerce and revenue systems, systems and data integration, and ongoing optimisation of systems already in production.
- What technologies does Atomberg build with?
- Modern web stacks — TypeScript, React, server-rendered applications, Postgres, and cloud infrastructure — plus current AI model providers for automation and retrieval. Technology choices follow the operational requirement, not fashion.
- How long does a project take?
- A scoped first phase usually reaches production within weeks rather than quarters. Larger operational platforms run in phases, with each phase delivering a working part of the system a business can use immediately.
- Does Atomberg maintain systems after launch?
- Yes. Ongoing partnership covers monitoring, improvements, integrations, and new capability as the business changes, so systems keep matching operations instead of degrading after launch.
